Capstone Security Solutions is a family-owned security consulting firm focused on helping organizations create safer, more resilient environments.

Ron Navarreta, CEO | Co-Principal
Ron brings more than 25 years of combined experience in law enforcement and corporate security. He specializes in physical security assessments, security program development, CA BSIS regulatory compliance, and risk management. He has supported organizations across healthcare, commercial real estate, houses of worship, and other sectors. Ron previously served as the California BSIS Qualified Manager for one of the state’s largest private patrol operators, overseeing compliance programs and large-scale security operations.
Staci Navarreta, COO | Co-Principal
Staci ensures every Capstone engagement is delivered with professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail. She oversees client communications, project coordination, and operational processes that support a seamless experience from initial consultation through project completion. Her focus on organization, service, and relationship-building helps clients navigate complex projects with confidence and clarity.
